Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the company’s global sustainability strategy, reporting to the VP of Product Development and Sourcing. You will drive initiatives across climate, water, waste, and circularity, partnering with Raw Materials, Product Development, and external vendors to embed sustainable practices into product creation and branding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sustainability or corporate responsibility
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfort speaking to large groups and with the press

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes
• Lead vendor compliance programs, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Own sustainability reporting on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Support sustainability storytelling with Marketing and Creative
