Everlane, a clean luxury brand, is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to drive execution and evolution of its strategy across materials, factories, and reporting. You will partner with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to embed sustainability into product creation and brand storytelling.

This role balances hands-on program ownership with influence across the business, delivering measurable results in climate, water, waste, and circularity.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction) with clear tracking.
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
