Qualifications

• 7+ years in sustainability or corporate responsibility.
• Experience with supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Familiarity with environmental and social compliance frameworks.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon targets.
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower‑impact materials.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to uphold standards.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting and data clarity.
