Zusammenfassung

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to drive the execution of the company’s sustainability strategy and lead initiatives across Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon reduction. You will collaborate with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to embed sustainable practices into product creation and vendor management.

The role balances hands-on program ownership with cross-functional influence, ensuring initiatives are measurable and embedded

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Feels comfortable speaking in large groups and with the press.
• Market research and benchmarking, staying informed on sustainability trends.
• Passionate about global sustainability and long-term climate impact.

Aufgaben

• Own the execution of sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction) with tracking.
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Raw Materials and Product Development to use lower-impact materials.
• Partner with factories, mills, and vendors to align with standards.
• Support vendor compliance programs including data collection and improvement initiatives.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Implement systems to track environmental and social compliance data.
• Support sustainability storytelling with Marketing and Creative updates.
• Embed sustainability practices across physical spaces with Workplace and Retail teams.
• Provide progress updates to leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Everlane in industry conversations and conferences as needed.
• Stay informed on trends and regulatory changes and bring insights back to business.
