Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to drive execution of the company’s sustainability strategy across the value chain. You will partner with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to implement lower-impact materials and responsible supplier practices.

You will own quarterly and annual sustainability reporting, ensure data accuracy, and help embed sustainability into product creation, vendor management, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort speaking in large groups and with the press.
• Love for market research and benchmarking and staying informed on trends in sustainability.
• Passionate about global sustainability and long-term climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments with clear tracking and accountability.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials.
• Coordinate with factories, mills, and vendors to ensure alignment with standards.
• Support vendor compliance programs including data collection and reporting.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support sustainability storytelling and updates to the sustainability site.
• Embed sustainability practices across physical spaces with Workplace and Retail teams.
