Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to drive the company’s environmental and social goals across materials, supply chain, and product development. You will lead cross-functional programs, track progress against Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon reduction commitments, and partner with vendors and factories to embed sustainable practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility.
Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product environments.
Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
Translate high-level goals into actionable programs with clear timelines and deliverables.
Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to embed lower-impact materials and processes.
Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards.
Own quarterly and annual sustainability reporting and ensure data accuracy and transparency.
