Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to drive the execution and evolution of our sustainability strategy. You will collaborate across Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to integrate sustainability into product creation and brand storytelling.

You will balance hands-on program ownership with cross-functional influence, ensuring initiatives are measurable, actionable, and embedded across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments (e.g., Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate high-level sustainability goals into actionable programs with timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes into product lines.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards.
• Develop and manage quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
