The role involves preparing supplies, maintaining sterility, and supporting room turnover, with on-site duties Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week and call requirements. Requires accredited Surgical Technology program graduation and current certification, with 5 years OR experience.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology or military training in Surgical Technology.
• 5 years operating room experience in a surgical technologist role is required.
• Current certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains aseptic technique and applies it during procedures.
• Assists with obtaining and organizing supplies and instruments.
• Assists in preparation of patient and room; supports room turnover and instrument handling.
• Monitors sterilization and ensures proper documentation of charges.
• Participates in in-services and performance improvement initiatives.
