Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• BLS certification required; CST/TS-C/CSA certification or grandfather clause per SB1239.
• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military training equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room, equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Assist during a variety of surgical procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Provide mentoring and training for Surgical Technologists in the department.
• Support department upkeep and non-nursing functions in alignment with hospital values.
