Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Two years of Surgical Technologist experience.
• BLS certification and CST/TS-C/CSA or grandfather clause per SB1239

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, equipment and supplies for the next patient.
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures across multiple specialties.
• Mentor and orient junior Surgical Technologists in the department.
• Maintain sterile technique and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
• Support department aims for high patient satisfaction and team performance.
