Job summary

• Ensure instruments and supplies are ready and sterile; set up sterile field.
• Scrub and assist as needed; run mayo and back-table setup.
• Anticipate case needs and collaborate with the surgeon.
• Precept and mentor staff and students in planning for surgical events.
