Job summary

intlx Solutions is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to serve as the primary escalation point for complex voice, data, and UC support issues. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvements in incident response and service quality.

In this role you will diagnose highly complex problems across VoIP, SIP trunking, and enterprise networks, lead post-incident reviews, and ensure high availability for customer environments. Evening/on-call readiness is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications support, network engineering, or VoIP systems.
• Deep expertise in SIP, RTP, H.323, UC platforms, SBCs, contact center technologies, and enterprise networking.
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ACSS, ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve highly complex VoIP, SIP trunking, UC platforms, and network issues as senior escalation.
• Lead root cause analyses and coordinate cross-functional teams during outages.
• Interface with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure high availability.
