Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Senior VoIP, VTC, and Telephony Solution Engineer to design, integrate, validate, deploy, and sustain enterprise Unified Communications solutions. The role reports to the Voice/VTC Manager and may act as technical lead for projects, coordinating with engineers and vendors to ensure secure, resilient, and operational systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Typically 8–12 years of relevant experience, or 6–10 years with a master's degree.
U.S. citizenship with a Secret level security clearance is required.
Progressive engineering experience in VoIP, VTC, UC, and collaboration systems.
Experience leading the technical execution of complex multi-technology projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical planning and execution of VoIP, VTC, telephony, and collaboration projects.
Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical areas and track milestones.
Provide technical direction, review work products, and mentor engineers.
Perform requirements analysis, design, testing, and transition to operations.
Develop high/low designs, BOMs, and test/implementation procedures.
Support verification, validation, and incident resolution for delivery readiness.
