Telephony Systems: Manage and integrate traditional telephony systems with modern UC platforms, ensuring continuity and functionality. Systems Integration: Lead the integration of various communication systems, ensuring they work seamlessly together and meet organizational needs. Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the UC system, including data encryption and protection against cyber threats. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the UC system during and after the transition, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction. Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs for staff and manage the change process to ensure a smooth transition to the new UC system.
