Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Senior VoIP, VTC, and Telephony Solution Engineer to lead design, integration, validation, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise Unified Communications solutions.

Reporting to the Voice/VTC Manager, you will serve as a senior technical contributor, guide projects, and ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and operationally ready across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; extensive VoIP/VTC/UC experience.
• Strong background in enterprise telephony, UC, networking, and security.
• Experience leading technical execution of multi-technology projects.
• Proven mentoring and peer-review capabilities; hands-on engineering.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of VoIP, VTC, telephony, and collaboration projects.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple domains; manage milestones.
• Provide technical guidance, review work products, and resolve issues.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; support cost/schedule decisions.
• Mentor engineers and support knowledge sharing; drive operational readiness.
