Job summary

Leidos LLC seeks a seasoned Senior VoIP, VTC, and Telephony Solution Engineer to design, integrate, validate, deploy, and sustain enterprise Unified Communications. You will lead technical efforts, mentor engineers, and coordinate across Transport, Networking, Cybersecurity, and program leadership with vendors and customers.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, architectural design, laboratory validation, deployment planning, and Tier 3/4 escalation support.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and a Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years experience, or Master’s and 6–10 years.
• Experience in VoIP, VTC, UC and collaboration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and execution of VoIP, VTC, telephony, and collaboration projects.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical areas and track milestones.
• Provide technical guidance, review engineering work products, and resolve issues.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Support requirements analysis, design, testing, and transition to operations.
