Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, seeks a Senior Associate in Supply Chain – Distribution & Logistics to deliver transformative PEPI projects across US locations. You will work with PE leadership to identify opportunities, design strategies, and implement solutions in manufacturing, distribution, and inventory planning.

Requirements include 4–7+ years in consulting or industry, deep supply chain expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of consulting or industry operating experience.
• Hands-on experience in distribution and logistics network optimization, transportation and warehouse sourcing, 3PL operating experience, or inventory planning.
• Excellent fact‑gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to large, complex client engagements by working with leadership to identify, design, and implement supply chain improvements.
• Assess network design, baseline costs and inventory flows to optimize cost, service and working capital.
• Support RFPs and sourcing events related to transportation and warehousing, including 3PL considerations.
