Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of combined consulting and industry operating experience.
• Deep functional expertise in distribution and logistics network optimization.
• Experience in leading or modeling supply chains using software such as Llamasoft.
• Excellent fact‑gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping.
• Flexibility to travel based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements with Private Equity leadership.
• Design and implement creative supply chain solutions for portfolio companies.
• Analyze network design and footprints and quantify EBITDA impact.
• Conduct sourcing events for transportation and warehousing needs.
• Develop transformation plans and implementation roadmaps with benefits.
• Oversee deliverables and manage day‑to‑day team relationships.
