Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager in the Minneapolis area to lead end-to-end operations across sourcing, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics. This strategic leadership role focuses on building scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence.

You will drive S&OP, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, finance, and quality teams while mentoring high‑performing teams and delivering cost reductions and improved

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive manufacturing supply chain leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, MRP, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including working capital management.
• Advanced ERP/MRP and BI systems experience.
