Job summary

Target is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Planning Operations to lead cross‑functional projects within Global Supply Planning. You will translate business objectives into structured plans, mobilize teams across Planning, Sourcing, Technology, and Data, and drive initiatives to on‑time, measurable outcomes.

The role is on‑site at our Downtown MN campus, four days per week, with a set pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in project/program management, supply chain, operations, business transformation, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects from definition through implementation.
• Ability to lead project teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Experience establishing project governance and communicating progress to leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and sustainable operating processes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects and workstreams from definition through implementation.
• Mobilize and lead project teams across multiple functions.
• Establish governance, updates, and escalation paths.
• Build relationships across functions and geographies; deliver leadership updates.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
• Support change management and implementation.
