A Milwaukee-area client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy and build a high-performing team as the business grows.

You will lead strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation, while optimizing inventory turns and coordinating production planning. The role requires a BS in supply chain or related field with 5+ years in a complex manufacturing setting and strong leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain, Operations, or related degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute strategic supply chain processes in support of objectives.
• Lead supply management, strategic sourcing, contract management, risk mitigation.
• Oversee departmental operations: budgeting, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Engage with suppliers to discuss performance and future strategies.
• Plan long-term raw material market and supply base optimization.
• Manage Production Planning / Scheduling and Master Schedule adherence.
• Optimize inventory turns and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
• Lead data analytics, reporting, and forecasting efforts.
