Job summary

ATL Medical seeks a Global Supply Chain Director to oversee complex, international supply chain operations from our Minnesota footprint. You will lead strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management across multiple sites, driving efficiency and cost reduction in a highly integrated manufacturing environment.

The role requires a senior leader with 15+ years in supply chain, at least 5 years in a global leadership capacity, and a proven track record in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive global supply chain strategies across international operations.
• Lead procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution across multiple sites.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity and reliability in global markets.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels globally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors worldwide.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms on an international level.
• Build and lead a multicultural supply chain team across global offices.
