Job summary

Super Products is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams at our Mukwonago, WI location. This role ensures material availability, optimizes inventory, and drives supplier performance to support manufacturing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, Lean principles, and supplier negotiations, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with supplier qualification and evaluation programs.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to achieve quality and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and long-term agreements.
• Partner with Corporate Purchasing to maximize cost savings.
