PAR Systems in Minnesota seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to direct procurement for a highly custom, engineer-to-order business. You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category strategies while aligning with project goals and quality requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain with deep experience in regulated environments, ERP systems, and cost/lead-time optimization. A collaborative, hands-on leader mindset is essential for cross-functional success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business/technical degree a plus.
• APICS, CPM, CPSM, or similar certification a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, sourcing, procurement, category management, or subcontract management experience.
• Experience sourcing large fabrications, machined parts, electrical/electronic components, complex assemblies, equipment, and services.
• Experience developing domestic and global suppliers, including supplier qualification, capability assessment, and supplier performance management.
• Experience in regulated industries and quality management systems; NQA-1 experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of supplier quality requirements, documentation, audits, and quality flow-downs.
• Experience managing indirect spend, transactional purchasing, purchase orders, and subcontractor relationships.
• Experience in a highly custom, engineer-to-order, project-based manufacturing or capital-equipment environment.
• Strong ERP and data-analysis skills; able to turn complex information into practical decisions and process improvements.
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to collaborate effectively with executives, functional leaders, project teams, employees, and suppliers.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on leader with a strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude.

Aufgaben

• Direct and lead supply chain management and procurement for engineer-to-order projects.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier and subcontractor management, category management, and transactional purchasing.
• Lead the team day to day while shaping supply-chain strategy to support growth.
• Establish procurement strategies to balance inventory, repeatable demand, and large, unique parts.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, processes, and supplier quality controls with cross-functional partners.
• Drive NQA-1 readiness and risk management across Engineering, Quality, and Project teams.
