Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or contract negotiation.
• Strong negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and under pressure thinking.
• Experience with ERP and data analytics.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier reviews and negotiate raw-material contracts.
• Forecast material needs to prevent stockouts.
• Resolve disruptions like delays and capacity constraints.
• Align purchasing with production, planning, and quality.
• Track supplier performance using defined metrics.
• Develop purchasing policies and supplier sources.
• Hire, train, and develop the purchasing team.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality for material specs.
• Promote company mission and values.
