Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager I to lead the vision, strategy and day-to-day execution of the manufacturing supply chain. You will align demand, supply, capacity, sourcing, inventory, logistics and production plans with business goals and drive continuity, supplier performance and efficiency.

You will partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, engineering, finance and quality to optimize launches, make-versus-buy decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain / operations.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise-wide S&OP/SIOP.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term supply chain strategies aligned with demand, capacity, sourcing, inventory and logistics.
• Lead enterprise S&OP/SIOP and translate forecasts into executable plans.
• Negotiate contracts with strategic suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Establish supplier segmentation and performance programs with measurable metrics.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, engineering and finance to align launches and production scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turns and cost; drive continuous improvement.
