Mortenson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager I to lead the vision, direction, and day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain organization. You will work closely with operations teams and suppliers to plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain activities to ensure timely, cost-effective material delivery for project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain leadership.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and leading S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing supply chain teams.
• Current driver’s license.
