Mortenson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager I to guide the Supply Chain organization’s vision, direction, and day-to-day operations. You will partner with operations teams and suppliers to plan, coordinate, and execute activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery for project timelines.

You will develop sourcing strategies, lead procurement teams, and collaborate across functions to optimize sales and operations planning processes and drive enterprise-wide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of experience
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and leading S&OP/SIOP processes
• Strong expertise in demand planning and production scheduling

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop short and long-term sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure contracts and delivery quality
• Collaborate across functions to implement sourcing and continuous improvement strategies
• Provide centralized leadership to procurement on construction projects
• Develop vision and focus areas for purchasing teams with process excellence
• Foster teamwork and integration within Supply Chain and Mortenson
• Lead and coach team members; manage priorities and performance
• Champion customer service and a customer-focused mindset
