Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Supply Chain Manager I or II to support a vision for the Supply Chain organization. You will work with manufacturing operations and suppliers to plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective material delivery across facilities.

This role offers opportunities at both levels; compensation depends on experience and location. Base pay varies by level and office location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and materials.
• Ability to analyze data, develop dashboards, and identify trends.
• Proven people leader with experience hiring, coaching, and mentoring.
• ERP software experience, Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct sourcing initiatives aligned with strategic plans.
• Negotiate and maintain contracts with key suppliers and service providers.
• Establish supplier performance management with KPIs and business reviews.
• Lead the buyer team and drive process excellence in supply chain.
• Partner with stakeholders to rollout Oracle modules like Supply Planner.
• Collaborate across functions to implement sourcing and cost-reduction strategies.
