Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Supply Chain Manager I/II to drive sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and lead a procurement team across multiple facilities in the United States. The role focuses on cost, quality, and timely delivery within a complex manufacturing environment.

You'll collaborate with operations and Oracle-based teams to optimize planning, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Experience with ERP software, Oracle preferred
• Current driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and long-term sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers
• Lead supplier relationships and performance management
• Collaborate across functions to execute procurement and improvements
• Oversee rollout of Oracle modules including Supply Planner
