Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain or procurement within a construction setting.
• Proven leadership experience managing purchasing teams and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop short and long-term sourcing strategies for the supply chain.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and service providers.
• Lead procurement for construction projects and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop pricing strategies and guide category teams on proposals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, finance and IT.
