Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Supply Chain or Operations leadership in a relevant sector.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, management, business or related field.
• Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting new product launches.
• Proven success in a growing business with hands-on leadership.
• Comfort making decisions without a large support structure.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel; AI experience is a plus.

• Partner cross-functionally to launch new products and transition them into ongoing operations.
