Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to maximize fill rate and optimize inventory across distribution networks in Cleveland, OH. You will collaborate with Sourcing, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics to develop plans and metrics, while leading a Lean/Six Sigma culture to cut costs and improve service.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience with 2–4 years in management, and a degree in Supply Chain or related field. CPIM/CSCP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of corporate Supply Chain experience.
• Two to four years of managerial experience within Supply Chain.
• APICS certification preferred: CPIM or CSCP.
• LEAN/6Sigma experience a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to meet goals and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to optimize material flow.
• Create and optimize distribution plans and inventory strategies.
• Synchronize demand, purchasing, and distribution for finished goods and raw materials.
• Develop intercompany transfer processes with distribution leadership.
• Partner with Demand Planning to balance inventory.
• Reduce distribution and handling costs through optimization.
• Establish reporting for on-time delivery and PO accuracy.
• Build strategic supplier relationships to improve performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
