Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning to maximize fill rate while planning and managing inventory. You will develop master production plans, manage capacity planning, and drive metrics across Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma projects and data governance to improve material flow. You will lead a centralized planning team, collaborate across functions, and ensure continuous improvement in a hybrid

Qualifications

10–12 years of supply chain experience.
10 years of managerial experience within the Supply Chain.
ERP experience in a multi-site manufacturing/distribution environment.
LEAN / Six Sigma experience.
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead inventory and deployment planning, macro/finite production planning, and capacity planning.
Manage centralized planning department with supply planners and purchasing analysts.
Coach and develop the planning team; align manufacturing and distribution to throughput.
Lead Lean/Six Sigma improvement programs to drive cost out of the Supply Chain.
Govern supply chain master data and sustainability data across global operations.
