Job summary

Oatey, a global plumbing products leader in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Senior Manager of Supply Chain to maximize fill rates, optimize inventory, and drive cost-effective distribution. You will partner with Sourcing, Finance, and Logistics to develop plans, KPIs, and strategies for finished goods, raw materials, and service levels.

Lead a high-performance team through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver improvements across planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of corporate supply chain experience.
• 2–4 years of managerial experience within supply chain.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
• LEAN/ Six Sigma experience encouraged.
• Knowledge of Oatey industry and markets helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet goals and grow talent.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to optimize material flow and cost.
• Partner with planning and purchasing on daily planning processes.
• Coordinate demand, distribution, and supplier performance for finished goods.
• Establish intercompany transfer processes with distribution leaders.
• Align supply planning with demand planning to balance inventory.
• Analyze distribution flow to minimize costs and optimize hub-spoke model.
• Develop reporting for date delivery accuracy and PO/inventory control.
