Oatey is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning in Cleveland, Ohio to maximize fill rate and optimize inventory across our multi-site manufacturing and distribution network. You will lead a centralized planning team and collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance to drive production plans and service metrics.

The role requires 10–12 years of supply chain leadership, strong ERP/Lean Six Sigma background, and experience governing master data.

Formación

• 10–12 years of supply chain experience required.
• 10 years of managerial experience in supply chain.
• ERP experience in a multi-site manufacturing/distribution environment.
• LEAN / Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• APICS/SC certifications CPIM/CSCP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead centralized planning and inventory management to maximize fill rate.
• Develop production plans, inventory strategies, and performance metrics.
• Coach planning team; align with manufacturing and distribution to synchronize throughput.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvement programs and document SOPs.
• Govern supply chain master data governance and sustainability data management.
• Level-load production and distribution facilities; optimize resources.
• Plan with cross-functional teams to support new product initiatives and cost objectives.
• Support Product Life Cycle Management processes with data for decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
