Oatey Company in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning. You will maximize fill rate, manage inventory, and develop production and inventory strategies to service customers.

You will lead centralized planning, coach the planning team, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance. The role requires 10–12 years in supply chain with strong leadership, ERP experience, and Lean/Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related program.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• APICS / Supply Chain certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and deployment planning, macro and finite production planning.
• Drive lean improvement projects and document SOPs in Supply Chain Planning.
• Govern master data, sustainability data, and process coordination across global operations.
• Level-load production and distribution facilities to optimize resources.
• Represent planning in cross-functional teams for new product initiatives.
• Support product life cycle management with required data for decisions.
