Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to maximize fill rate while optimizing inventory and distribution. You will drive customer metrics, reduce distribution costs, and partner with Sourcing, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics and Distribution to plan finished goods and service levels.

The role requires leadership to develop processes and performance metrics, oversee inventory strategies, and mentor a high-performing team in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of corporate Supply Chain experience.
• 2–4 years of managerial experience within Supply Chain.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
• LEAN/6Sigma experience.
• Knowledge of Oatey markets helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supply Chain team to meet goals.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Collaborate with planning, purchasing and distribution teams.
• Align supply with demand and manage backorders and promotions.
• Develop inventory and distribution strategies for efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
