Job summary

Oatey Co. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning to maximize fill rate and optimize inventory while collaborating with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.

The role focuses on master production planning, rough-cut capacity planning, and data governance to support service levels and cost objectives. Required are 10–12 years in supply chain with strong leadership, ERP experience, and Lean/Six Sigma background.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of supply chain experience.
• 10 years of successful managerial experience within the Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP in a multi-site manufacturing/distribution environment.
• LEAN / Six Sigma demonstrated in prior roles.
• APICS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and production planning across the supply chain.
• Develop master production and capacity plans with cross-functional teams.
• Govern master data and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Level-load production and optimize material flow across sites.
• Collaborate with business teams on new product introductions and optimization.
• Support life cycle management and data governance initiatives.
