Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a full-time Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager. This role focuses on developing and overseeing internal controls to ensure DFARS/FAR-based supply chain compliance, including MMAS, subcontract flow-down, and sourcing integrity, with cross-functional leadership across procurement, sourcing and supplier management.

The role reports to the VP of Supply Chain and involves audits, training, policy implementation, and responding to government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting cost/pricing data for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk.
• Advise senior leaders on application of FAR/DFARS regulations to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, training, and controls.
• Support development of material basis of estimate inputs for proposals and ensure pricing data accuracy.
• Coordinate audits and respond to government inquiries; maintain audit trails and training materials.
