Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier relationships and drive growth across our channel ecosystem. This role focuses on executive engagement, market development, and program management in a fully remote US setting, with travel to Arrow offices as requested.

The successful candidate will oversee annual planning, QBRs, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize supplier performance, profitability, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 6+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree or 4 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with supplier management, business development, channel sales, or technology distribution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Supplier Management: Build executive and field-level relationships with key suppliers and lead annual business planning and QBRs.
• Business Growth & Market Development: Develop go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, billings, and market share.
• Partner Ecosystem Development: Drive recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs for suppliers and partners.
• Program Management & Demand Generation: Design supplier-funded programs, rebates, and demand initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Operational Excellence & Leadership: Improve customer, partner, and supplier experiences; mentor team members and drive cross-functional initiatives.
