Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management, growth initiatives, and partner ecosystem development. The role focuses on executive relationship building, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a fully remote setup.

You will drive supplier-funded programs, optimize demand generation, and guide cross-functional teams to scale operations and execution across the channel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree or 4 years with an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building executive relationships and leading strategic initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop and execute growth strategies and manage revenue.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive engagements.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to increase bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Champion initiatives to improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
