Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier relationships and drive growth across the channel. You will act as the primary contact for escalations, business planning, and operational alignment, while coordinating with sales and product teams in a fully remote US-based role.

You will develop go-to-market plans, manage supplier-funded programs, and mentor colleagues to scale execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in supplier management, business development, or related fields.
• Experience with strategic supplier relationships and go-to-market planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key suppliers.
• Lead annual business planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive partner recruitment, enablement, and demand generation programs.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs and incentives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and IT to improve processes.
• Mentor and develop team members while sharing best practices.
