Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management, expand partner ecosystems, and drive revenue growth for a fully remote team based in the United States. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, market development, and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities include executive engagement, GTM strategy, and managing supplier-funded programs, with travel to Arrow offices as requested.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to Arrow offices as requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual and quarterly business reviews and executive engagement activities.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to grow bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Recruit, enable, and engage supplier partners across the channel.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members while sharing best-practice across the organization.
