Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II in the United States (remote). You will develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders, lead annual planning and QBRs, and advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow.

You will drive go-to-market strategies, partner programs, and demand generation while coordinating with sales and operations to grow bookings, profitability, and market share across the supplier ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs that increase supplier adoption across the channel.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability and execution.
