Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years construction experience.
• Experience supervising field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and enforces injury‑free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall project workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Creates and manages project schedules and tracking reports.
