Job summary

JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks a Project Manager 1 for Heavy Equipment Solutions in Kansas City, MO. You will lead a project or a major portion, partner with the project superintendent, and drive safety, schedule, and field execution to meet client expectations.

You will manage subcontractors, design teams, and suppliers, oversee preconstruction, buyout, submittals, and change management, and maintain documentation and reporting aligned with JE Dunn's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management as directed by the Project Superintendent.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owner, design teams and vendors.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, buyout, submittals and change management.
• Develop and update project schedule; monitor budget and costs.
• Prepare monthly reports and closeout documentation.
