JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 1 in Texas to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned construction projects. You will oversee field staff, subcontractors, and safety programs while driving on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and the ability to coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities to ensure quality standards are met and documentation is complete. This is a site-based position with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow for projects.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and program components (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care and control; manage project meetings (daily standup, weekly trades).
• Prepare and maintain project schedule and monitor costs through reports.
