Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Colorado seeks a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute on complex projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure timely, profitable delivery in line with JE Dunn’s standards.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, 3+ years supervision, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong leadership and Lean experience are valued. Travel and nontraditional hours may be required as project needs arise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Lean experience valued.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and work nontraditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and program safety, quality and EEO.
• Oversee project budgets, costs and use project management system data.
• Develop work plans and coordinate care of project site.
• Lead meetings (daily standup, weekly trade) and participate in progress reviews.
