Job summary

Leadout Capital is hiring a Qualified Success Architect/Sr Qualified Success Architect to own the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers. You will drive onboarding, design scalable integration with Salesforce and GTM, and guide AI-powered engagement across web and email.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years for QSA level; 7-10 years for Sr QSA level with 10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• Bachelor's degree and passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable strategies.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Guide configuration of AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, and qualification logic.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects and RevOps to establish scalable data models and governance.
• Drive enablement by educating teams on AI SDR operations and pipeline optimization.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline metrics to deliver strategic recommendations.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions to demonstrate business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to surface feedback.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and accelerate time-to-pipeline.
• Support expansion and renewal discussions for deeper adoption.
